Experience Matters

More than Just an Attorney

The law is complicated and can be confusing and scary when you are faced with the challenge of wanting to right a wrong, prevent a future problem or protect your business' or family's future. You want an attorney who can guide you through your experience, explain your options and their impact; position you to make educated decisions that work for you.

For 25+ years, before becoming an attorney, I founded and operated for-profit and non-profit enterprises. I founded a dispute resolution firm which assisted clients to resolve domestic, contract, organizational and business disputes. As executive director of a non-profit organization, nationally recognized for its innovative and effective problem-solving tools and strategies, I worked closely with businesses and government agencies to develop policies and training for use in health care, corporate, education and corrections settings. My policy and legislation drafting, and advocacy effectuated the change of laws. I negotiated bilateral and multilateral domestic and international agreements.

As an attorney, I combine my diverse experience with my knowledge of Ohio law. I consider each client’s unique interests and values; and provide practical legal advice, personalized advocacy and alternative solutions.
